 I want to give a shout to these beautiful ladies (AKA my sisters = Summer and Dani)

I got home from work and had a package on my front door. What did Nic order? Nothing. It was addressed to me! I opened up the box and to my surprise there was a ton of GF food and a card from Summer and Dani! Pasta, cookies, tootsie rolls, and then some! :) How sweet are my sisters?! I have an amazing family! 

Thank you so much Summer and Dani! Love you!

I have been sick for over a week now! Started with a soar throat. Developed congestion. Pressure in my head and teeth. My teeth hurt! A wet cough. I was in and out of work. Didn't go to church. Just thought it was a nasty cold that was not getting better. Luckily for me, Nic works with a lady that also has Celiac's. Just a few weeks ago she had the same symptoms. Nic called me (Monday) and asked me if I had pressure around my eyes. "Well kind of but mostly in my teeth." After he told this lady, he gets back on the phone and tells me to go to the dr immed. He said I have sinusitis. I went to the dr and sure enough - now on a high dose antibiotic (3,000 mg/day!). Right now I want to rip out my teeth and I feel like my head might explode with pressure. Slowly but surely, I'm getting there...

UpDaTeS

Nic's brother went out of town with his family, and we were able to watch this cute little guy - Brutis:

He is a sweet boy. He loves to snuggle and be warm. We had a fun week with him.

A lady I work with got us all Easter eggs. This was mine:

 It reminds me of how I feel after I eat gluten = BLAH. Everyone's egg had candy in it, but mine had a little something different. She said "I didn't know if you could eat candy or not." So sweet of her.

I finished Freakonomics (#51). This is my brother, Sam's favorite book. It was very interesting - a good read. Well I also left a note a post-it note in it:

 #81. I was supposed to watch My Fair Lady for a musical, but I could just not get through the beginning. Audrey Hepburn was sooo annoying! So instead, I watched Cats:

 I was inspired. haha

I accomplished #26 - take a bubble bath with candles:

That's right. No more Diet Coke, Diet Pepsi, Diet Dr Pepper, or Coke Zero (all of my favs). They have a hidden gluten: CARAMEL COLOR. I have wondered why I felt so sick after drinking a Diet Coke. Now I know why. No more for me. Seriously a sad day. :( I will have to become a fan of Sierra Mist, Diet 7-Up and Diet Sprite. Yay?

We had a wonderful Easter service avtivity for our ward. Nic did an amazing job putting it all together. Families in our wards delivered baskets to new members of our ward or less active members. The baskets were super cute! They had: candy, peeps, The Living Christ, Proclomation of the Family, a dvd of The Lamb of God, and a few pamphlets on the Atonement and restoration. People really enjoyed the activity and it was fun to visit families in our ward. Everyone loved the idea. Kudos to Nic!
