research paper or bust
Let me begin by telling you of my wretched research paper story (I'll keep it short)...I was given the assignment in my Biopsychology class to write a research paper on the physiological basis of an emotion (harder then it sounds). This paper is due Friday, June 5 by 5 p.m. I picked a topic that I knew wasn't common - I wanted to research children's physiological response when adults are angry with them or when a child witnesses an argument. I started researching and found maybe 2 studies on this topic. I began writing with what little information I had and got stuck...I e-mailed my teacher telling her of my situation (mind you this was a few weeks ago). She suggested some things to do...I did as she suggested and still no luck. I e-mailed her again (a week ago) and she suggested I change my topic to fear. This is what I came home to after the coast trip - I got the lovely suggestion to change my topic a week before this paper is due.
Monday was dedicated to this "lovely" research paper. At about 12:40, I had written 4 pages out of 10 and decided to call it quits. I fell asleep and to my lovely surprise was awake at 1:52 a.m. I tried falling back asleep, but by 2:30 I was sick of trying. So, here I sit at 4:38 a.m. working on this blasted research paper. Surprisingly, this is a tough research paper. I'm "getting up" at 6:50 to go swim. I might drown...Wish me luck!

Hope you survived the swimming! Your paper will turn out just great - I know you'll be able to pull it off!
You will for sure be able to pull the paper off. Good luck!! Hopefully there won't be too many more research papers in your future!
You can do it! Keep breathing and let Nic be the support he loves to be! (and p.s.......no eye rolling!)
It's almost June 5th and it will all be over with!!! You'll do great-I'm sure of it!
I hope you are still alive lady! You are so close to the end of research papers for 3 glorious months! By the way...You could have come over and interviewed and witnessed my children this week-I've been such a grouch!
That story just brought back memories of all the college research papers I had to write. I know just how you feel. Don't worry, it will all be over soon and you will get a great grade on it.
