I Love ya Tomorrow!

Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love ya tomorrow! You're only a day away! Tomorrow brings... Just seeing Brian Regan's face makes me laugh! Nic and I are headed to Portland to spend some time with a few of my siblings. My parents bought us tickets to see Brian Regan. Woo hoo! I have seen him live once, but this is Nic's first time. We are so excited to see the many faces of B. Regan.

Random ???

I want to throw out a random question for all you readers - maybe you can help me... For our Girl's Camp this year, I am the YCL Leader and every year the YCLs have a name. I have put my thinking/creative cap on for a name for them and can't think of a single one. Very frustrating. I threw the question out to the YCLs as well, since it is their name. This year's theme is Be Thou an Example with a sub-theme of Experience the Difference. I was trying to Google groups in history that started with an "ex" word, but not finding anything. Anything will do! If you have any suggestions, feel free to throw them my way...Thanks!

craftiness in a blog

One of my sisters, Summer, has a blog about all of the crafts she does. Right now, she's doing an amazing giveaway (perfect for those of you with little girls): leggings, cards, and clips. Although I don't have a little girl...yet, I still entered to win. Perfect for hopefully a future baby girl I'll have. She is so crafty (both of my sisters are) and I wonder why I didn't get the crafty gene. Go check it out here! She is always blogging about the cutest projects she's doing - I'm actually working on one she did (FHE jar). Keep checking out all of her craftiness in a blog!

1 + a Senior

It's official...I'm a SUPER SENIOR! That's right, I'm supposed to be graduating because I'm a Senior, but who wouldn't want to be a SUPER SENIOR when the graduate?! When I graduate I will be 1 + a Senior = SUPER SENIOR!!! What I keep telling myself is that at least I'll graduate. So it might take me 5 years, but oh and well. What matters is that I'll be a college graduate!

research paper or bust

Let me begin by telling you of my wretched research paper story (I'll keep it short)...I was given the assignment in my Biopsychology class to write a research paper on the physiological basis of an emotion (harder then it sounds). This paper is due Friday, June 5 by 5 p.m. I picked a topic that I knew wasn't common - I wanted to research children's physiological response when adults are angry with them or when a child witnesses an argument. I started researching and found maybe 2 studies on this topic. I began writing with what little information I had and got stuck...I e-mailed my teacher telling her of my situation (mind you this was a few weeks ago). She suggested some things to do...I did as she suggested and still no luck. I e-mailed her again (a week ago) and she suggested I change my topic to fear. This is what I came home to after the coast trip - I got the lovely suggestion to change my topic a week before this paper is due. Monday was dedicated to this "lovely" research paper. At about 12:40, I had written 4 pages out of 10 and decided to call it quits. I fell asleep and to my lovely surprise was awake at 1:52 a.m. I tried falling back asleep, but by 2:30 I was sick of trying. So, here I sit at 4:38 a.m. working on this blasted research paper. Surprisingly, this is a tough research paper. I'm "getting up" at 6:50 to go swim. I might drown...Wish me luck!
