I have always wanted a dehydrator. My mom mentioned it would be a great Christmas present, but lo and behold she gave us one. Thank you so much mom! Yay. I went up to my mom's house this morning to start drying my box of pears - already putting it to great use. Thank you again mom! We appreciate it a lot! :)

Dehydration here I come
My mom surprised Nic and me with this beauty:
